Research estimates that 90% of women are walking around in the wrong bra size, “although I think the statistic is higher than that,” says bra fit expert Jené Luciani.
Whether from weight loss or gain, aging, menopause or due to surgical intervention, chances are, our bra size will change over the course of our lives, and she recommends getting fit for bras every year. But how can we make sure we are wearing the right size, or fitting ourselves correctly?
